Item took 7 days to reach the courier, states on website (usually takes between 1-3 working days to mainland UK from the moment we despatch your order) I’m still waiting for my order, quicker to grab it on my pushbike.

I paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive after dispatch. Definitely not the service I paid for!

No issue with the order process but rubbish delivery service from DPD. What is the point of giving a delivery time slot if they just come at some other random time and then also don't update the delivery info so it states they are running a little behind (actually delivered to the next door neighbour 3hrs before they suggested they would delivered )

Focal headphones were seal broken and stuck back up. There was no mention of this before ordering. Home av are not honest. Be careful if you buy from them. Focal celestee headphones were 200 pounds cheaper and looked OK, so I don't really no why the seal had be broken. Headphones sound fantastic and I recommend them to anyone don't hesitate to buy the celestee absolutely amazing headphones.

The product that I received is not the one I ordered. I attached photos of the product shown in your website and the one I received. They are different solutions and packaging. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange but they ignored my request and replied it was the correct one.

No conformation email once purchasing , no reply at all apart from saying my delivery is due today, is the company home av direct or car Audio?? Very confusing and frustrating and misleading.

I have had to give 1 star as I have NOT received the goods yet! As soon as I receive the goods I will happily re-review. But... my advice is STOP using ParcelForce as they are not fit for purpose. Use a real courier and charge a bit more for delivery. ParcelForce have useless tracking facilities, are completely unhelpful for customer service (their AI chat bot cannot provide any information) and they can't hit their stated timescales for delivery.

I paid for expedited delivery but it didn't come when it was supposed. Whilst I understand it was an issue with the delivery company when I wrote to HomeAV they did not bother replying. I will not use them again.
