“I have had to give 1 star as I have NOT received the goods yet! As soon as I receive the goods I will happily re-review. But... my advice is STOP using ParcelForce as they are not fit for purpose. Use a real courier and charge a bit more for delivery. ParcelForce have useless tracking facilities, are completely unhelpful for customer service (their AI chat bot cannot provide any information) and they can't hit their stated timescales for delivery.”

“I contacted HAV DIrect using their message option from the website regarding the Klipsch Rp600m. They replied the very next day answering all my questions clearly and courteously. After ordering the product, I was shocked at how quickly they shipped them, they arrived only a day later, well packaged and cared for. I have an awful lot of time and respect for this company, and would not hesitate to shop with then again, they have a great knowledge and care a lot about their products and their customers”

“The service Received was nothing short of excellent! I ordered a large and expensive sound system which was delivered but one of the sub woofers wasn’t working. A replacement was with me the next day and the faulty one collected. No quibbles, just a concern to get the problem sorted with minimal inconvenience to me. 5Star!!”
