“Purchased from them a Denon CD player which arrived on time, but didn't work! Called HomeAV who arranged a 24hr turnaround collection and replacement, which worked perfectly as expected. Very unusual to get a name brand malfunctioning straight out of the box, but if it does happen, the retailer's response is critical, and Home AV were first class.”
