“The Bose sound at remote control arrived promptly and works perfectly. The only issue I have is there was no paperwork, invoice with the product. If the remote need to be returned I had no proof of order, price or where it needed to be returned to.”

Their telephone advisors are excellent - knowledgeable, able to explain technical details to laypersons and entirely without any pressure to buy. “Allowing purchase online of items that are not in stock is very annoying and avoidable. However, communication and resolution after that were very good. I'm sure the customer service on in stock items is top notch, just better stock controls on the online store needed.”
