“Rang and spoke with Rob. Told him what I wanted and was pointed in the right direction. Excellent knowledge and great service but better was the price which was cheaper than other online stores. Will not hesitate to contact Home Av Direct again when I will be upgrading my other systems. Postage was also very fast. Have system now installed and true to Robs advise am very very happy with the sound quality. Many Thanks”

“The service from this company is exceptional. Other firms should take note. Their prices are also superb. Quite simply, I cannot find fault with the entire experience. Although I had no reason to contact them directly after making my purchase on-line, I have a feeling that this is a company who knows what they are talking about and would be happy to help to the best of their abilities. I will certainly consider them first for any future AV purchases that I make.”

“Decided to check out alternative sources after a very disappointing experience with Amazon resulting in my cancelling my order, and after some searching, came across Home AV Direct. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, it was dispatched almost immediately and was delivered to Ireland on Friday. Can't complain about that!”
