“Customer service is excellent, always someone available to talk to when seeking advice. The only criticism I could mention was on delivery. The items arrived on 3 different days so I had to keep phoning to find out what was happening regarding the items, eventually all the components arrived safely & in good order.”

“I recently purchased a pair of KEF Ci160 in-wall speakers from them. The price was excellent and the transaction on the website was flawless. However, the most impressive aspects of this company are the showroom and the staff. I went to collect the product from them and was very pleased with the staff members who dealt with me; knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well mannered. I was also given a tour of the demo rooms and some useful information about the brands they stocked.”
