“Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I bought a sound bar for my husband's birthday, which had been on his wish-list for some time. However, as I was unsure about the product specification, I relied upon the AV staff to guide me through my purchase. Their helpful assistance ensured that I ordered the correct bar, leading to a very satisfied, surprised husband on his birthday!”

“Great service and quick supply of a musical fidelity headphone amp but an order for AKG headphones was cancelled as there was no stock. In my opinion they should'nt appear as in stock on the website when there aren't any. When searching for them I found a pair on your website and another pair elsewhere but ordered from you as the previous service was good. Unfortunately by the time the notification that the order couldn't be fulfilled arrived the other other website showed as out of stock. Would use you again if you were the cheapest option but you wouldn't be my "go to" option.”
