“Ordered a record player and Bluetooth speakers which arrived as described! There was a problem with the speakers and the customer service was fantastic. They were replaced the following day. Will definitely be using AV Direct again. Many thanks”

“I have had to give 1 star as I have NOT received the goods yet! As soon as I receive the goods I will happily re-review. But... my advice is STOP using ParcelForce as they are not fit for purpose. Use a real courier and charge a bit more for delivery. ParcelForce have useless tracking facilities, are completely unhelpful for customer service (their AI chat bot cannot provide any information) and they can't hit their stated timescales for delivery.”
