“The website was quick and easy to order from and the free SVS cable with the sub was great. The issue came with delivery when I was sent a delivery confirmation for the sub. I received an email saying that the sub was to be delivered via Royal Mail next day (Saturday) What I received was the free sub cable. When I contacted SVS on the Saturday via phone, it took a few times to get through, I was told that they would look into it and let me know within the next hour. I called back an hour later as I had not heard anything and was told that it had been shipped via DPD and that I would receive it on Monday. I was also told that the system only generates one shipping notification even on split shipments. I had not received an email to confirm this and did not until it arrived. It was a shame that I had to chase my delivery but it arrived on the Monday.”

“Great, knowledgeable and supportive team. Bought a subwoofer that did not work well for me in my listening room. They provided instructions on how to get the best sound and then accepted a return without any problems. I have already bought a couple of Kef speakers from them and will be a returning customer in the future.”
