“Delivered within 2 days , great unit but CD player not working , it happens . Spoke to customer service they said they would ring me back , as usual didn't happen . So these things happen . Rang back 2 days later and obviously they have skeleton staff ie COVID 19 , they said new item would be dispatched on the Monday after bank holiday. Nothing arrived yet . Just seems I have to keep chasing them up . It's not end of the world I know but they are very quick to take the money so not happy .”

“Very pleased with the service. Delivery was quick even although it was during the pandemic. The prongs on the plug did not align with the socket but when I phoned them there was no problem and I’m waiting on a replacement arriving. Would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“The remote arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it has not resolved the problem as, like the original remote, it will not connect to the sound bar. I can only assume therefore that the sound bar is broken and I therefore did not need a new remote. Is it possible to return it?”
