“In have received headphones what I have bought from you. Bose qc35ll. I'm not happy how you packed the parcel. Instead of box you just used soft envelope to send them out. Because of that headphones box was damaged. I'm also not so sure about quality of noice cancelling. Seems like is not effective like in my previous ones. (That's my second pair as previous one was damaged after 2 years)”
