“I ordered an item that was described as "Open Box" with a reduced price - I was reassured that the item still came with a 2yr Warranty - When the item arrived it turned out only the outer packaging had any damage, and this was minor - The item itself had never been opened! Very happy with my first purchase from Home AV Direct & hopefully not my last ... Paul”
