“No issue with the order process but rubbish delivery service from DPD. What is the point of giving a delivery time slot if they just come at some other random time and then also don't update the delivery info so it states they are running a little behind (actually delivered to the next door neighbour 3hrs before they suggested they would delivered )”

“Best price for the particular CD player I wanted and excellent service. I particularly appreciated the care taken with packing - very well-protected inside a strong outer box with bubble wrap. Also good for an expensive item like this to have delivery by DPD, by far the best courier in my experience.”

“Ordered Triangle Borea BR08 speakers and everything went well. Quickly dispatched, good packaging, no damage, very competitive price, recommended. Description could be better though, it is unclear whether you're getting a pair or just one until the end :)”

“I had been considering purchasing a Yamaha A-S301 amplifier for a while. I discovered 'Home AV direct' were selling it in the silver finish version (which I consider the best colour) at a sale price of just £289 plus an extra discount of £10 as a new customer making the total price £60 cheaper than everyone else online so I ordered it straight away and it arrived the next working day. I spent an hour or so unpacking and setting it up. I am so pleased that I bought it as it sounds amazing compared to my old Kenwood amp that I have been listening to for the last 20 years, so THANKS 'Home AV' for such a great service and fantastic price. I would recommend anyone to check them first before buying a new piece of home audio equipment.”
