“Actual item received is very good, just very poor customer service. Item wasn't shipped until i've called them to complain about the delay. I was told they will call me back with an update, but they didn't so had to call them the next day. Not what you expect now days, sorry guys.”

“My issue is with the customer service regarding a DPD delivery delay. Instead of understanding the problem, it was implied that it was of my own causing. A refund was issued as a 'gesture of goodwill' but when I emailed outlining the chain of events and why the issue was not my fault I was simply ignored. No true gesture of goodwill was issued but a refund for a service I never received.”
