“Purchased a Teac A-R 630 mk 2 AMP. To be fair I don't buy online due to dramas and hassle, Had a slight problem with packaging when the amp arrived but the amp works fine. As for AV direct, will probably buy again from AV Direct. It is hard finding an electrical retailer without dramas nowadays. keep the good work up AV Direct.”

“Impressed with the courteous service I received from (Moss?). He was very helpful and enabled me to order the Bose by phone as I could not manage to do it on line. The sound system arrived on time albeit without the remote control, which was promptly ordered from Bose and received quickly. Thank you.”
