“I ordered a package which promised next day delivery this can only be completed by proficient transportion, perhaps read between the lines as sales were confident enough to state next day delivery, the phone delivery estimation you sent was helpful to me”

“I rang Home AV Direct to ask some detailed questions about a home theatre package they were offering. Advice was excellent by phone and email and included guidance as to exactly where speakers should be placed in a complex vaulted ceiling room from an emailed photograph. Based on this advice I changed my choice, ordered online at 3.45 PM and received the system the next day for free. The system is brilliant and I could not have asked for a better customer service. Highly recommended”
