“Placed order and two days later order had arrived. Very pleased. Only point is that I received an email saying my order was complete presumably when the order despatched but there was no tracking information. I placed the order as a “guest” so I created an account but there was no way to link the order to my account. Would have been good to be able to track the delivery. But as I said, it arrived very quickly anyway.”

“A day after receiving my wireless speaker I wish to return it as as the sound was not as expected. Unfortunately my daughter had damaged the box in which it came. I spoke to the returns department and was told it would probably be ok but need a 25% handling fee, and then they called me back to say they wouldn't receive the return at all.”
