“The Bose sound at remote control arrived promptly and works perfectly. The only issue I have is there was no paperwork, invoice with the product. If the remote need to be returned I had no proof of order, price or where it needed to be returned to.”

“This was the third time I have bought from this company, which tells you everything. Their telephone advisors are excellent - knowledgeable, able to explain technical details to laypersons and entirely without any pressure to buy. I have never been disappointed with anything bought after speaking to them. Delivery is quick and very well-managed, everything is securely packaged. Highly recommended.”

“Allowing purchase online of items that are not in stock is very annoying and avoidable. However, communication and resolution after that were very good. I'm sure the customer service on in stock items is top notch, just better stock controls on the online store needed.”

“Subwoofer arrived as promised. It would have been helpful if an email could have been sent advising that dispatch had taken place. The first contact I had was a text message from DPD advising of delivery that day.”

“Focal headphones were seal broken and stuck back up. There was no mention of this before ordering. Home av are not honest. Be careful if you buy from them. Focal celestee headphones were 200 pounds cheaper and looked OK, so I don't really no why the seal had be broken. Headphones sound fantastic and I recommend them to anyone don't hesitate to buy the celestee absolutely amazing headphones.”

“Placed order but after paying i received an email stating the item was no longer in stock so i gave them a telephone call and all I can say is the service was fantastic, I was offered something different but sadly there wasn't anything I wanted so i asked for a refund which was dealt promptly and politely, will definitely keep looking on their website and would definitely recommend as their prices are very competitive.”
