“fast and efficient service overall with prompt pick up and good customer service from both the office staff who organised everything and the delivery/pick up driver (who was a long way from base ! ) very good service all round which I would happily recommend”

“I found the Home Shred website was very clear and the process easy to follow. I was easily able to work out how many bags to order from the information I was given. The drop off and collection service was courteous and efficient and I was kept informed of progress at all times. All in all I have rarely dealt with such a good company and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone with paper to shred.”

“Excellent service. Homeshred actually contacted us as we bought a packet of sacks some time ago and had not asked for a collection! All very efficient - date confirmed, 2 hour collection window notified. Collected by a very friendly driver on time and destruction certificate issued within 48 hours. Would certainly recommend. “I was more than delighted to discover Home Shred UK in Chichester. I had absolutely masses of old business documents and accounts and also many confidential files on disc. This was all shredded in just moments at Home Shred UK for an extremely reasonable price. This job would have taken me months to do at home. I was also pleased to note that the final shredded result would be used for recycling. I am very happy to recommend Home Shred UK.”

“Every phone call is answered courteously and helpfully. Flexible to my needs -- e.g. I wasn't sure how many bags needed collecting. Very helpful when I asked for morning collection, and helpful phone call from van driver to say he was a few minutes away. Van driver very cheerful about loading heavy sacks. Excellent company and excellent service. Many thanks.”

“Very efficient service. Called the day before to give 2 hour slot, called when 15 minutes away. Certificate arrived next day by email. This is the second time I have used Homeshred and it won't be the last.”
