“I received outstanding friendly and professional service throughout, from the point of order to the point of collection. Staff were ever willing to help, promptly responded to email and phone queries. The drive, Russ, was kind enough to call to let me know when he would be arriving to collect my sacks. I promptly received my certificate. It is clear that HomeShred pride themselves of excellent customer service and do not disappoint. HomeShred offers excellent customer service and value for money and makes disposing of confidential documents that much easier. Very highly recommended.”

“Quick. efficient and personal, a " god send" service for businesses with relatively small amounts of paper to be securely disposed of without fuss, but secure in the knowledge that is done in front of you. I also saw their hard disc disposal process which reduces a hard disc to a reasonable facsimile of a cheese grater! Ray 27/05/16”

“This company could not have been more friendly, helpful and efficient from my first enquiry to collection of my 10 sacks. I remarked on this to the collection driver and he said that the two people who run the company are a pleasure to work for - not much higher praise than that surely! And as my husband had recently died, I particularly appreciated their kindness in the conversations we had. Thank you Home Shred!!”

“All was completed as I would have hoped, very efficient and I was kept informed throughout the pick up process so my time wasn't wasted unnecessarily. My only criticism is that my first call for pick up went to voice mail and despite leaving my name and number no one called me back.”

“Excellent service. The staff I spoke to were always extremely helpful when answering any of my queries, and the gentleman who collected my waste was very polite and friendly. A special big thanks also to the team for making a special collection from my area as it was not during the usual fortnightly slot - that was much appreciated. - Neil Durrant”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Reliable collection - office rang me to give me an estimated time slot and the driver contacted me to firm up a time. “The Home Shred Team are very efficient and polite. All the confidential waste is picked up when the Team are in the vicinity. The driver was courteous and loaded the van without a problem. We received a certificate of destruction within two days via email. We will be using them again.”
