“The sacks arrived very promptly. Their collection was easily arranged with a single phone call. Was phoned the day before to advised of a two hour window within which the collection would take place and on the day the driver phoned advising of an accurate pick up time. Subsequently received certificate of destruction. All in all a very good service at a reasonable price and would recommend their use.”

“Fast and efficient service. In a very competitive market with lots of websites and options on offer, it can be hard to fathom the cost structures and also be confident that material is destroyed appropriately. In both respects Home Shred's website stood out for its simplicity and transparency. The office team arranged everything and it worked like clockwork. The collection guy was friendly and highly efficient and he let me know 15 minutes before arrival which enabled me to ensure I was ready. I would thoroughly recommend Home Shred and will pass on their contact details to anyone I meet requiring confidential shredding. Use them!”

“I have never used this kind of facility before but now I have I am glad that I used HomeShred. I have found extremely efficient, from the initial ordering of the bags and the service to the picking up of the confidential waste. They advised me each step of the way what was happening and gave me a two hour slot for the pick up. Overall I was very pleased and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service. I would have no hesitation in using them again”

“An excellent service. The bags were delivered the day after I placed the order and held far more than anticipated. The collection was well within the two hour time slot given when HomeShred phoned the day prior to collection. Definitely booked in case of future need.”

“Brilliant service! John in the office was really helpful and friendly when I rang to arrange pick up of the items for shredding/destruction/charity. The driver was friendly and helpful and gave me a phone call to let me know he'd be there in 10 mins, and he was! He coped with the bags and bags of clothing for charity most cheerfully. The certificate for destruction of the paperwork and computers appeared on the next working day. It won't be long before I have more bags of paperwork for shredding to be collected and I'm more than happy to continue to use Homeshred. Fantastic stuff, keep up the wonderful work!”

“I have used HOMESHREDUK on a number of occasions and have always found the service tip top . All the staff I have had dealings with have been friendly and efficient. It is easy to order your sacks and they are delivered promptly. Arranging collection was no problem and it was very helpful to be given a time window when the collection would be made. I was promised a destruction certificate would be sent and this arrived within a couple of days of collection. I have confidence in the service provided and would recommend.”
