Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We have been waiting for your reply for three weeks after sharing our request for sample pieces for examination and test hanging. Having sold through stocks of this batch we have nothing at hand to examine and as such require these in order to progress. As we have explained, should any fault be found the costs associated with sending these will be credited. After making initial checks with the manufacturer about potential problems with the batch received, this was confirmed that no issues had been reported to them. We are on hold with this matter without anything to examine in an unpasted state. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“I ordered a roll of wallpaper that my local store couldn't provide as quickly as HOME FLAIR DECOR. It was cheaper to buy, including the delivery charge that it cost in the other store. I would have liked to receive it slightly quicker but the lead time of up to 5 days was honoured and I was very pleased with the service,”

“Very impressed, ordered yesterday and arrived today. Very fast dispatch and delivery. E-mails answered quickly with a query regarding a batch code. The wallpaper we chose is 'Belgravia-decor GB118 Giorgio tree soft silver' it's a beautiful heavy weight wallpaper. We have had this paper before and want it again as we are moving very soon. Easy to hang, cut and paste. Looks amazing lots of compliments.”

“I had to replace part of my 2019 renovated walls in my living room. As I liked the pattern of my chosen wallpaper, I was very disappointed to find out, that it is not produced anymore. Searching the internet I found Home Flair Decor had some rolls left. Although I had to pay customs for shipment to Germany I ordered. First I choose the wrong amount. Customer service = Kelly was very helpful! Thank you! Shipment arrived in good shape after the expected 5 days.”
