“We used the border paper, along with ready paste (recommend as so much easier than paste you have to knock up yourself). Much easier to use than originally thought it would be, quality of border, Brilliant!!!! Sending extra roll back for refund”

“Needed 2 rolls wallpaper on a Sunday paid for next day delivery got it on the Thursday after loads of text to delivery people who kept texting to say they were delivering and didn’t. The delivery service let them down”

“I ordered some wallpaper and this arrived in good time and was good quality. I sent some excess rolls back, in accordance with the company's returns policy, however, it did not make it back to the warehouse and was instead returned to me via the return address. It is now past the 28 day returns policy and the company have refused to accept it. Disappointed in this decision and because if this I would not use again.”

If this had arrived to our returns department within time this would, of course, have been processed.
