“Wallpaper is excellent quality, very plzd with purchase, excellent customer service. Only negative I can say is that it was an effort for the courier to deliver to an alternative address because of nobody being home because of work commitments, the alternative address was noted on the original order and was only four doors away, a relative in her eighties with limited mobility. The courier was very annoyed because he had to take it 4 doors away totally ignorant to an o.a.p who could not lift the box. Homeflair offer excellent quality products with excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a plain jet black wallpaper and when it came it has glitter all over it.. I rang to return this and was told I would have to pay even though what they sent me was completely diffent to the description and pictures online. The women was really rude and put the phone down on me. I don't see why I should have to pay to return these as the information online was misleading. So now I will make a formal complaint and will also go to the FSA.. I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star. They also clearly need to give their staff more training on how to behave towards customers..”

Hello Stacy, We are sorry to read your order was not as expected, we do offer a full sample service to check to the suitability of our wallcoverings prior to purchasing rolls. This was advised within your call however staff will not accept being spoken to in the manner that you were communicating which resulted in the termination of the call. With limits on photography and displays/devices, images cannot be relied upon as the only factor when making the decision to purchase. This item is described as: When it comes to quality and durability then Italian Vinyl is the benchmark, Arthouse of Rossendale have been inspired to produce an Italian Style collection of solid heavyweight vinyl wallcoverings under the Vintage Label. Bosco is a plain textured wallcovering with structured vertical emboss, its vertical weave offers a gentle relief that compliments the rich jet colourway and sparkling silver glitter elements. Using a black wallpaper can be a scary thought but when used carefully it can create a sumptuous space that offers a cosy reassurance.
