“Called and got a callback on a Sunday! Excellent with sending samples and they arrived really quickly. I was so impressed with their service. Sadly my parents chose a different wallpaper which wasn't stocked by Home Flair Decor, from a company whose Customer Services was not a patch on Home Flair Decor and they failed to delivery so we cancelled the order. I would thoroughly recommend Home Flair Decor from my experience.”

We are sorry that your order did not arrive with Royal Mail as planned, this pattern was awaiting a reprint from the manufacturer in Italy for much longer that we would have liked. Not having any stock available to send your order again was not ideal. It is now back in stock and we are waiting for confirmation from you about dispatching another roll or issuing a refund. “Efficient service from start to finish . Obtained a sample ,which was large, to give me an idea of the effect and then decided to purchase the wallpaper . Phoned customer service as I wished to delay delivery and they were very helpful. Order was dispatched and arrived on day stated”

“We were planning to redecorate our second bedroom and had agreed on what colours we wanted for the walls. We then decided to put a border around the middle of the walls between the 2 colours of pale green and peach. We didn't really know what we were looking for so were scrolling through the selection on the website. After a while we clicked on the border that most matched our curtains for design and colour and ordered it. We weren't disappointed, the delivery was very prompt and the border was absolutely perfect. We love it and it looks really good. Thank you.”

“I ordered a sample , nothing else As the sample did not adequately match my décor I did not order more as I am still considering my options. Despite this I am being pestered every day with emails requesting a review. The only review I can give is that I did not sign up for emails, I simply ordered a wallpaper sample. I canot leave a revview, so chose ot to reply, but those emails keep on coming - enough!”

“I recently found this company whilst seeking a particular type/colourway of a wallpaper. I ordered my sample, quick and easy to do, it arrived just 48 hours later. I revisited the website and placed my order. Again, quick and easy to do...but I gave the wrong email address! As no email confirmation of order came I phoned Home Flair Decor and a very helpful lady corrected my mistake, amended my order details at their end and incame the standard order confirmation. It told me to expect my wallpaper between X and Y dates, and it was delivered about 5 days earlier! It came via FedEx and I was given tracking information along the way. All very good, all very easy, very pleased with my wallpaper. Will definitely use Home Flair again and would strongly recommend.”

“Superb. I have used Home Flair Decor before and will again. They are reliable with very good products. Amazing! I'm 70 years old, live alone and have to paper my large ceilings with no help. because this paper has a geometric pattern I'm able to cut arms width pieces and simply join them together as I go along. The end result is that nobody is able to see any of the joins.”

“Beautiful wallpaper , very easy to hang . Calming colour and expensive looking . I've put this in my living room as a feature wall and also a bedroom . The only drawback is there is a lot of wastage and 3 drops to a roll doesn't go far however it's gorgeous.”
