“Product received damaged due poor packaging standard response not sure if product will be usable won't be buying again”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We are sorry that the parcel did not arrive in the same condition it left us in. We did advise that this product is a tough and flexible (non-woven) wallcovering and that we believe this will lay flat once hung. We also requested you open and examine the wallpaper, as of yet we have not received any further feedback. “I found and ordered 9 rolls of wallpaper locally, they could not even give me a delivery date.. Home Flair Decor had exactly the same wallpaper delivered to my door the next morning and £5.00 a roll cheaper... They get my vote...”

“My 81 year old Mum had a flood and needed paper ready for decorating, and was struggling to find paper she liked with 12 rolls. She was getting really distressed, we live 4hrs away and on our visit found this site. Lovely paper, in stock. No hassle ordering, paid extra for speedier delivery. Was hoping when it arrived to her she would like it..she loves it, great quality, great no hassle service..totally recommend and definitely would use again..”
