“The delivery was very prompt but £5.00 postage is high especially as I paid it for the samples and then again on my order of 2 rolls. I will probably order a couple more rolls when we are decorating the bathroom but another £5.00 postage is off putting”

“My painter took down my lovely border which I told him not to touch it .so I had to look for it again but luckily you had some of the border cause I’d looked around and couldn’t find any but now I have got some now from you guys want to say a big thank you cause I’d ordered it and was here in a couple days brilliant”

“Saw a wallpaper I wanted but couldn't find it anywhere, so I started to look online and couldn't believe my luck to find it on Home Flaiy Decor website. Very professional and easy to order and my wallpaper arrived very quickly and the delivery person the company used kept me informed of when they would be with me so I didn't have to sit around all day waiting. My wallpaper arrived in excellent condition and at a great price. Highly recommend this company.”

“THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WALLPAPER LOOKS GREAT, MY ONLY ISSUE IS THAT IT DOES NOT COVER EVEN THE SMALLEST IMPERFECTIONS IN THE WALL. THE PAPER, BELGRAVIA Amara Wood Panel Wallpaper, WAS DESCRIBED AS HEAVY DUTY BUT IT WAS NOT AS HEAVY AS OTHER VINYL'S I HAVE PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY”

The Amara Panel has a very sheer/satin surface which reflects light, this will likely show any surface imperfections that are not repaired before hanging.

“The sample service is very efficient. The wallpaper samples were large, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My order arrived promptly with sufficient, but minimal packaging, all recyclable. My wallpaper hanger said it was one of the best papers he had hung. It is great quality in thickness, but still pliable in corners etc. Looks amazing and was a fantastically competitive price. As an interior designer used to using all price pounts of wallpaper over the years from many leading brands, I was incredibly impressed”

“The wallpaper arrived fast, there were no issues at all. Also the wallpaper.... I'm in love with it, it is textured and looks amazing!!!! And all this at a fairly affordable price!”

“Wallpaper didn’t match our other paper abs when going to the post office to return they want £15 return . What an absolute joke on one roll, for a defected product .”

We would always recommend that a courier comparison website be used to get the best value return shipping cost.
