“delivery great, contact people polite, wallpaper we really liked strong durable went up well. ordered ice satin ivory by rasch there was a factory crease on three rolls of paper which was 2ft in from end of rolls spreading down roll.this meant we could not use the end of these rolls of wallpaper. we needed to finish job and had to order 2 more rolls.when I phoned for another two rolls to finish job I asked if we could have delivery free to make up for the loss of wallpaper . they said no and offered no compensation at all.”

We are sorry to read that you had a crease at the end of production, with this volume being so short at 40cm and at the end of the affected roll this would fall within trim/matching wastage.
