“Had to re-order more wallpaper explained the situation why and asked about returns policy as it was the Friday before christmas and it was esitmated to arrive on 24/12/24. My decorator wasn't working in between Christmas and New year so the work wouldn't start till the New Year. Returns policy within 28 days from ordering date but would probably be-able to extend to end of January due to the BH over the Christmas period. I called today to be told I couldn't have a refund as 10 days late. It was 34 days from recieving the goods and we had 3 BH as well. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends, not great customer service. Very disappointed.”

“I had been looking for a feature wall paper I knew what colours I wanted and was fed up looking when home flair showed up on my facebook and the first thing I saw was the paper I bought, I ordered it straight away and it was delivered within a couple of days well done, I have told my sister to check you out as she has just moved into a new home and the whole place needs decorating.”

“Website is easy to navigate and descriptions of paper, pattern drop etc are comprehensive. Samples came in around five days. Main order process was quick and efficient and our products arrived within five working days for the standard delivery. We had to order extra rolls so used the express delivery and it arrived on the second day. I would recommend this company.”
