“I spent over £200 buying wallpaper from you. I asked to return 7 spare rolls outside of your '28 day return policy' and you have refused. The world is in the middle of a pandemic, nothing is 'normal' right now. Shameful. What other review can I leave?”

We were able to fulfil your order for 18 rolls of a single pattern, in a single batch, without a problem or delay, this was delivered safely and within the expected delivery time. We cannot be responsible for delays of third party decorators. We did not advise you on how many rolls your decorating may require prior to purchase. Wanting to send a large proportion of your order back (7 rolls) 50+ days after purchase is too great due to rotation of stock and batches. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.
