“Two rolls out of 5 rolls purchased had brown stains on. Emailed with photos attached response was do I have enough rolls to finish. Poor.”

“The paper was described as polka dots, it isn't its spots. I then have to pay to return the product, not cheap as its heavy and very long. You don't offer returns as other sites do. Wont be using your site again”

We are sorry you didn't like the wallpaper, we have a full sample service to check suitability along with the images online. We do accept returns however return shipping is at the customer's cost. “Very pleased with Home Flair Decor. I measured incorrectly and did not order enough rolls. My border was end of line, so they tried to accommodate me by searching their warehouse for additional part rolls, but did not have enough so they agreed to take the order back and refund me. Excellent service. Would definitely use again.”

“An extremely prompt wallpaper delivery. This was high quality Italian luxury paper, which was a dream to put up. Supporting advice was provided via the phone help desk, to ensure that the correct material were purchased to complement this purchase.”

“I have found my dealings with Home Flair to be the most helpful. When making my initial enquiry about purchasing wallpaper to match some rolls I have had from the past they took a great deal of time to try and source as close a match as possible. Ordering was simple and one price delivery charge exceeded expectations, delivery was prompt and on a subsequent order of gift for a friend, they delivered as promised.”
