“Great service! A bit expensive but worth it”

“Fiona first sorted our mortgage for us back in the uear 1999 when we first purchased our house. When we needed to remortgage, ourfirst instinct was to contact Fiona who organised a convenient time to come and visit us at home. Our new mortgage was sorted out very quickly and Fiona communicated with us so well throughout the whole process. Fiona dealt very quickly with a small hiccup we had with a solicitor. We are very grateful for Fiona's professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. She also helped us to trawl through and understand lots of paperwork! Thankyou Fiona! We would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend Hollybeck to anyone looking for advice on a new mortgage.”

“Again, the Hollybeck team have exceeded expectations from start to finish with our mortgage process. “really helpful and considerate, they looked at options for my mortgage, offering options for me to consider, listening to my needs. Everything was really easy, in a stressful time of buying and selling property and i received a lovley oving in hamper which was unexpected and very thoughtful. I would use their service again.”

“Hollybeck were as helpful with my remortgage as the first time I used them to buy my house. They helped look at the various remortgaging offers and were helpful with advice about the changing rates. Good communication and clear explanation of when information was needed and the app was very helpful for staying in touch with the advisor. Excellent service as ever”

“We have being using Hollybeck for several years for various properties - new mortgages, Rental properties and remortgages. I have found them to be, helpful, professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. We recently completed a self-build and the customer care over those 2 years of the build has been nothing but first-rate, I truly believe without them we would not have been able to complete our dream home.
