“We used Hollybeck for our initial mortgage and didn’t hesitate to use them again when it came to our remortgage! Kate, Janine and Sarah have all been brilliant throughout the process, with clear communication (no jargon!) and timely updates at every stage. Sarah also helped us review and renew our insurances to make sure they meet the needs of our growing family, and made the process so simple. “My Son recommended Hollybeck to ourselves and we were not disappointed. Fiona from Hollybeck answered our call for help and although it wasn’t an easy ask of her she stuck with it (sometimes it was exasperating for her and ourselves) and saw it through to completion. “Kerry and Janine were fabulous from start to finish! Always on hand no matter how big or small the enquiry and supported our mortgage process seamlessly. With uncertainty with rates and finding something suitable to our financial needs also they moved quickly in looking at numberous options that fit our criteria and certainly delivered efficiently.
