“The rate was good but wasn’t clear on the baggage allowance when booking on. I thought baggage was included, have reached out twice and have had zero response which is a shame when you’ve spent almost 4K on a holiday”

“Excellent prices for holidays. An initial problem In regard to my booking which was resolved. Nathan was helpful and found an alternative holiday for my friends and I who each require a room. Emma then fixed a flight seating problem”

“Great prices and a easy booking experience . Negative feedback for increasing the flight price after booking by £56! My freinds went onto the same booking a couple of days later and it was still the original price i was quoted!!!”

Thank you for your review. As per the advice on our website, the costs may change rapidly and rarely between submission and confirmation. If we are unable to honour the costs e will contact you with alternative options or price increases. It is then up to you to accept the alternatives or not. The booking was confirmed on your acceptance and the baggage was added as requested. Our customer service team addressed all issues. As you departed today, we do trust that you will have a wonderful holiday.

“Absolutely amazing service. Enquired about booking a holiday to fly out the next day, and the lady who took the call (her name was Geraldine) was nothing short of exceptional. She went out of her way to ensure we got the best deal possible and kept in touch throughout the whole process to ensure we got everything through on time and we’re able to check in online etc due to the booking being so last minute. We booked at 6pm and flew and 6am the next day! She even threw in some free seat bookings for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to book another holiday through Geraldine as she was so friendly and helpful! An asset to Holiday Gem’s!”

“Dear HolidayGems, when you book a flight for your customers, make sure that you put your customer's address under "passenger contacts", not yours. TUI refused to amend my flight seats on the phone as the "lead passenger's address was wrong". I had to remove your address from "passenger's contact details" and put mine in. It took me an hour of discussions with TUI, several failed attempts to get in touch with you and figuring out how to find and change the passenger's address on TUI online system which you provided. The latter was glitchy by the way, and couldn't take my online payment, hence all the fuss with phone calls. But anyway the airlines should have direct emergency contact with a passenger, keeping in mind it is so difficult to get in touch with you.”

“The Holiday Gems Representative, Nathan, called me just minutes after I’d made my booking to explain there was an issue with our flights. This was resolved quickly and effectively and his communication was great! I’ve only just made my booking, and not gone on holiday yet, so can’t comment on the whole process but so far excellent customer service.”
