“We have used holiday gems twice. Both times easy to use. However this time was a problem with luggage. A woman named sam rang me and we got it sorted straight away. We appreciate this so much. Sam was very professional and had such a lovley personality. She tried her best to get everything sorted and delivered very well. Thank you sam and thank you holiday gems.”

“I had a call from sam today to deliver the bad news that there was a price increase since my booking. I explained that this holiday was funded by a wellbeing carers grant as a sole carer for my mother with cancer and recently diagnosed and rapid deteriorating dementia and father with parkinsons. Sam spoke to her manager whi agreed to waver the increase in cost. Sam was very kind and empathetic throughout conversation.”

“As it was a last minute holiday i was booking online and flights and hotels were disappearing left right and centre, I had to book via the phone which was much easier and significantly less stressful! Edward handled the booking and done a great job, very professional and smooth. Highly recommended to get a rough idea of prices online then pick up the phone.”

“I spoke with Edward today who helped me book and pay for holiday. Edward was professional and very patient with me throughout. Edward explained everything calmly, answered all my questions calmly and reasurananly. He was very patient when it came to paying as I was making mistakes a lot, he really was great and seems like a nice guy.”
