“Edward phoned me up and tried to put the price of our holiday up saying the hotel price had increased. We booked and paid for the holiday yesterday and I said we wouldn't be paying anymore. Fortunately Edward politely agreed to holding the price we paid.”

Hello Matthew, thank you for your review. First we must clarify that you did not actually pay for the arrangements upon placing your order. The money was ring-fenced and payment was not taken until you agreed with the final cost including if there was any increase once the agent had investigated availability and price. We would also like to mention that details of the process are listed throughout the website in our Terms and Conditions which you duly ticked to accept when you made your online order with us. We regret if you overlooked this and that the offer price was not confirmed until checked. In order to explain, whilst our booking system relies on live feeds from our suppliers, brokers and airlines we are unfortunately not in control of momentary price changes, fluctuations or changes in availability provided by the same. We, along with many other well-known Tour Operators in the market cannot be held responsible whereby these changes affect our ability to confirm travel arrangements. In your case we can see this is exactly what happened. At all times, we work within strict company guidelines and always with your interests at heart. In closing, we hope the above explanation and facts helps you understand the situation which gave you cause to issue what is classed as a negative review and on balance, once you have had time to digest the above we would appreciate any amendment you could make to your review which would then be reflective of the service level and experience you had with us.
