“Sam was amazing, understood exactly what I was looking for, a tall order when travelling with an 85 year old. A lot of effort was put in. It was so nice to have some support in choosing a destination and resort to accommodate every eventuality. I hope this personal service never changes.”

“I was very happy with my service from Edward. He was patient, polite, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. There was a mix up with another colleague I spoke with after Edward had left for the day which did lead me to believe the holiday was booked for the following day after confirming payment had been made. Sadly this did cause a bin of last minute panic and us having to get later flights and arrange some transport ourselves for when we arrive. That would be my only criticism. It was all sorted in the end though. Thanks very much Edward. And thanks for your help, there needs to be more Edward’s on our planet :-)”

“Just booked a holiday to Fuerteventura with Holiday gems, I have used them frequently and have found them very helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with Martin today who gave me all my options, booked everything for me and had my paperwork all sent out. Very friendly ,easy lad to deal with. Will use them again”
