“spoke with Nathan earlier today and he really helped me sort out zante! explained everything throughly and went through my flight price increase and sorted it all. Definitely recommend asking for nathan! will ensure you feel less stressed about everything:)”

“So far so good booked my holiday, had a phone call to confirm ,they weren't able to get my hotel with one particular company but were able to book with another slight increase in charge but was just happy to get the hotel I requested”

“I was helped by a gentleman named Martin and he was extremely nice and very polite I asked about changing the hotel I picked and he was able to do it without any issues. He told me there would be an extra charge as hotel was dearer but I didn’t mind I will certainly be using holiday gems next time I want a holiday”

“Third holiday booked with you. Only one complaint, when we were on our holiday last year the information desk at Alicante was not manned and we had no idea what bus we had to to board. A rep from another company told us it was unmanned for months. Without her help we would have been stuck.”

“Absolute nightmare from the beginning of the booking, 8 phone calls to correct booking person who input wrong flight details on the wrong dates, once corrected had to call back as she had booked transfers before I had even left the UK and she would not accept it was wrong and still is so they won't turn up when I land, totally unprofessional listening to her child scream on every phone call and she couldn't concentrate on what I was saying although tried to mute in between my speaking to block out child, Price of Holiday different to that advertised, booked on a Ryanair flight on a Sunday and they don't fly from my airport as she mixed up Vueling and Ryanair, Customer service reply was we are human.....PLEASE ANYONE WHO BOOKS CHECK ALL YOUR PAPER WORK AS IT STIPULATES THIS AND AS THE ERRORS ARE MADE BY THE BOOKING CLERK YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR A BATTLE TO GET IT CORRECTED AND NOT ONE SORRY AFTER ALL THE PHONE CALLS.....NEVER WILL I BOOK OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!”

“Couldn't wish for better!! Booked the day before I left and was dealt with by Nathan who couldn't have been any more helpful!! I'd go as far to say the lad needs a raise. I would definitely use this service every single time. Thank you again my holiday was amazing specially at such short notice”
