“The minibus was easy to find coming out of the airport, and arrived exactly at the pick-up time. Staff were friendly and efficient. However, the aircon did not work on one of the journeys, which would have made a big difference as it was a very hot day.”

“Pleasant drivers, few drop offs. Bus opposite airport. Excellent price. Very easy! NB this is a bus transfer, NOT taxi although called Holiday Taxi”

“3 hours late to collect me from the airport, I purposely missed my return transfer and got a taxi. Awful service but the drivers were very sympathetic and very kind.”

“Everything was great from the outset the taxi drivers were great but I must say that Akmed went tge extra mile and was very chatty even though ge said his English wasn't great but we got by. I have already booked Holiday Taxis for my next trip to Dalaman in September and looking forward to the same courtesy and professionalism”

“I would have given 5 star but the service when we reached Turkey was not good, we booked private car but it was minibus so felt a bit confusing. But the service to the airport was very good .”

“Getting taxi when arriving was superb unfortunately on way back easyJet use same firm so we had an irate driver calling us saying we were late ? we were asking if another being sent to us and driver said he didn?t know so to get on this to not miss plane? once on the other taxi called so that was disappointing? I couldn?t phone number to check as office was shut and emergency number just rang off”

“The overseas agency had my booking for a different day and although I'd paid for travel with them at some point (regardless of the date in their documentation) they refused to honour the booking so I had to pay a $60 taxi fare at around midnight to my hotel.”

“Had to wait 50min at airport before heading off. It does advise wait can be up to 1hr but we had hoped we?d get away sharp. Then had drop off in Malaga before heading to our location. Return was easy, no problems.”

“Transfer was booked with a quoted 70mins transfer time. Just did a quote on website today for a tranfer next week and it is STILL saying 70mins. In reality, the Airport to hotel was over 2hrs. Hotel to airport was 4hrs. AND>>>> hotel to airport pickup was a ridiculous 6hrs before flight, meaning a potential 4hr wait at the airport (though in reality it was a 2hr wait due to the transfer actually taking 4hrs). I would NEVER use this service again, and NEVER recommend. Had to give 1 star because it doesn't allow 0 stars.”
