“Booking process etc. was great and price was good. No complaints against against Holiday Taxis particularly. However, the taxi driver on the return trip to the airport drove like an absolute maniac: speeding, tailgating, running red lights (with my wife and children sat in the back). The controller had called him as another client had been waiting a while at the airport and he was obviously in a huge hurry to get there. I understand that it's a local taxi company not Holiday Taxis, but even so, it was scary and it took the shine off what would otherwise have been a great service.”

“They didn?t collect us on our return journey from the hotel to the airport. When we contacted them they said they couldn?t get us transport and we would have to find or own way back to the airport. So we had to pay for 2 taxis. I have made a complaint and asked for our money back but so far no response at all!”

“We were a little sceptical as the cost was so cheap. But if you don't try you will never know. So we bit the bullet and booked our transfers with you. Well..... this is now our go to option. Great value and so stress free. The drivers are second to none with their great service. This is the way forward.”

“The taxis were clean and on time. This is good, but normal & expected. On the way out we found that we had paid for a private transfer but there were other people in the vehicle. This is an overcharge. I have written to HT and received a reply saying they?ll get back to me within a month?.. why bother writing but not addressing the issue? Summary: the cabs got us where we were going but the background support is too slow, and you might not get what you booked.”

“First taxi at Ibiza airport didn?t turn up resulting in a replacement taxi 50 mins later. Return taxi to airport was 15 mins late. Poor service - won?t be using again.”

“1 hour after arriving before we were collected. We had went with holiday taxi previously but will not use again. Going by reviews it appears that they overbook at the faro airport. Very disappointed will not use again nor recommend.”
