“On 24th February 2023, 2 minibus? we?re supposed to turn up to Madrid airport to pick me and my passengers up. One minibus turned up. The driver was so rude and didn?t communicate with us once after us asking where the other one was. We were waiting the best part of an hour, the driver kept saying ?flat tyre flat tyre, 5 minutes? but there was no sign of the other minibus. He kept taking phone calls and was very rude to us the whole time. He came round to the side of the minibus and started shouting at us in Spanish for no reason. We tried to translate on google several times to say we were going to be late to the hotel but be ignored us time and time again. We then just said the other half our party will get a taxi from the airport OUT OF THEIR OWN TIME AND MONEY and he said ok and decided to take the other half of us. When driving out of the airport he drove like a maniac. Then the battery warning light AND service light popped up on the dashboard. The driver started shaking his head and slowed down ON THE MOTORWAY and pulled over on a very busy road, so unsafe!!! He then came round to where I was sitting and looked under my legs for some reason???? When asked what he was doing he shouted again. He was obviously trying to look for a cause for the battery light but what did he need to look under my legs for? I had a dress on and felt very unsafe. He then got back into the drivers seat and drove very unsafely to our hotel. There was no apologises for the fact we had one minibus missing and the absolute disrespect and poor service. I want a refund for the minibus and would appreciate a gesture of goodwill. This was a very uneasy, horrible start to a holiday for myself and loved ones so it?s the least we deserve. Would hate for other customers to be treated the way we were! We have contacted the company twice but have not received anything back! POOR!!”

“Our first driver was a bit late and then drove like a loon so would be a 3 star. Our second driver was a couple of mins early, polite and rapid but not terrifying like the first.”

“We arrived in Spain, got our bags really quickly then sat in a bus for over an hour waiting to be taken to Benidorm. It was a poor service. The return journey was fine”

“The pick up from Gdansk airport to hotel was fine but travelling back to airport, it was snowing and freezing cold and the driver didn't put any heat on. We were freezing when we got out.”

“Return pick up to airport did not arrive, local company did not contact us. Got through eventually after being on hold for 17 minutes to be told driver had car trouble, when asked if they cld send an alternative they ended the call. No one turned up, no one contacted me, had to pay again for local taxi so we did not miss our flight. Complained via email on 10th of May, no response other than automatic acknowledgement. Cant speak to anyone , dont respond to emails, tried the bot and waiting to chat with an agent but still waiting after 20 minutes. Shocking customer service .”

“Unfortunately, the car arrived almost 1hr later than booked. We requested the car for 9.30 but it did not arrive. When calling their office they had it in their system for 10.30. There had been a mistake in Holiday Taxis relaying the request to the taxi company. Luckily, this was after returning and not on the way to the cruise.”

“On arrival at the airport at Majorca there was quite a walk in one direction,then a longer walk in the opposite direction.( we are of a certain age ).After that the experience was great,also the return journey was just as professional.”
