“Everything went to plan I showed my voucher and was taken to my hotel and had a confirmation text the day before my pick up to confirm my pick up time and they arrived when they said they would I would most definitely use them again”

“Je was niet aan het hotel om ons terug naar de luchthaven van Djerba te brengen. Zelfs 4 dagen op voorhand mails verzonden nooit antwoord gehad.Heb taxi gebeld en dus ook betaald.”

“What a fantastic service. There we arrived, very friendly driver, our apartments were a bit tricky to find the entrance but he refused to leave until he knew we were safe and able to enter. My partner accidently left his phone and glasses in the taxi and they worked to locate them , kept us fully updated and brought it back the next day delivered by a taxi to the beach for a very small charge. Going back we were collected on time by a lovely 6 seater Merc. Both vehicles air conditioned, clean and driven by friendly drivers. Would definitely recommend and will use this service again. Thankyou”

“Flight delayed going out but taxi picked us up 10 mins after going to meet point at Istanbul airport- return journey driver arrived on time, kindly gave us water . Experience on both trips excellent.”

“We paid for the premium private car from the airport to the hotel and back. The drives themselves were very nice on both journeys and we have no fault there. On return to the airport we were left waiting outside our hotel for 45 minutes with no contact from Holiday Taxis, I myself had to ring them and the response was "Were you not picked up?". There was no control over our booking from their side. If we did not ring no one would have contacted us. Won't be using this service again.”
