“They work with unreliable partners in Rome We booked and paid prior for our transfer to the airport in Rome. But they didn't show up. We had to take contact ourselves. First there was a lot of traffic and later there was a car breakdown. They didn't want to sent another taxi so we had to arrange the transfer to the airport ourselves.”

“Picked up from Larnaca airport, went through departures and company desk right ahead of you and they took us out to meet taxi, return taxi arrived 5 minutes early. Both taxis were clean and well kept and the drivers lovely. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“The first driver was erratic and made us feel unsafe. The second driver had no idea where he was going and actually contacted us so we could provide the full address of our hotel. We were staying in one of the most well known hotels in the city and surely his office should have provided this information. Also we phoned to change the time of the pick up but this didn?t get passed on to the driver.”

“Holidays taxis has always been our only choice of transport on holiday and this time was no exception. We used a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The instructions were easy to follow and it was made very easy for us. The bus dropped us off and picked us up outside our hotel. The transport was very reasonably priced and was reliable as always. Will definitely be using again.”

“Our flight when we landed was a bit late but when we got out a kind woman sorted our taxi. On the way home our flight was reschedualed and even though I got help with changing the pick up time there were no taxi there in the morning to pick us up. Unorganised and badly marked cars (you have no idea who works for who or if you are getting the right car - at least in Cabo Verdo).”

“I booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel and one 7 days after from hotel to airport. However this second taxi not only it wasn't a taxi, it was a pick up truck, very uncomfortable and high to get on, but it was also shared with another person, whom I didn't know and also had booked a private transfer. How did we end up sharing a private transfer?!”

“We thought this was a pretty good service. Changing from a coach to a minibus for the final drop-off was no big deal and at least you ended up on the hotel doorstep, even if it did take a bit longer than it might have done by public transport. There was quite a lot of waiting around on the return journey, but still had plenty of time at the airport.”

“Made our onward journey at the beginning of our Holiday very pleasing, however it would have been nicer to have been greeted exiting the arrivals than searching for the Taxi at that time of night. Prompt return collection as well, would highly recommend and would happily book again.”
