“Always there for us even when we are delayed for 3 hours. Waiting with my name on a card and a smile such a relief after a long journey. Cars are in good order and clean. Drivers are polite and courteous, couldn't ask for more.”

“We arrived in Bulgaria and when came through arrivals the driver was there holding my name. Short walk to car and then straight off to hotel. Was very pleased with service. One week later same driver arrived early came in helped with luggage took us to airport. Driver friendly no hassle would definitely recommend this company.”

“Drop off from the airport to our apartment was brilliant and very easy - desk was a little bit hard to find but no problems. Pick up at end of holiday could have been better - we received a text with location for pick up but couldn?t find this location on google maps. Would have been helpful to have been provided with a link to specific location on google/Apple Maps. We ended up going to the wrong bus stop/pick up location because of this. However, called holiday taxis and they were great in arranging for the driver to pick us up from the location we were at instead. Would have been helpful to be provided with taxi reg or car make/model so we knew what vehicle to look out for. Overall, very good experience.”

“The taxis never turned up we waited an hour and half payed 89 pounds to have a good service one way worse service ever sent complaint to customer services as was told too and customer services kept returning my Email it said the company will not accept email would never book again”

“The actual cars and service in the resort was second to none - I couldn?t fault them at all. Both drivers polite and courteous with spotless cars. My only issue was with the booking process as although I had requested a different drop off and pick up point on the booking form the voucher didn?t reflect this. I emailed with no response so then had to phone to get it sorted - just a inconvenience I could have done without.”

“Booking experience very good booked a private transfer in a premier car and all was well, at the airport driver waiting with my name on the board all good. Unfortunately that?s where it ended, shepherded into a mini bus with another family, when I complained was told to take it up with HT and basically that?s it. Left it till the return thinking that will be a one off but it got worse, picked up on time this time with no one in the mini bus (not premier car) and then taken to another hotel to pick up another family. Have tried contacting HT but appears their customer services are non existent.”

“Had to wait an hour at the airport when we arrived and then it took 4 hours to arrive at our hotel, when the journey is only 70 minutes. Driver got lost multiple times. Return journey was a bit better at 2 hours 10minutes. Next time I'll be booking a direct transfer with a taxi firm for travel from Barcelona to Loret De Mar,”

“Good service/shuttle for good price. We had to wait in the shuttle due to another flight with delay. The travel time to the hotel is longer than calculated by Google Maps! The shuttle was comfortable with air conditioning.”

“We arrived at what we thought was our destination at 1:30 am with six children. The driver left us 15 minutes away from our hotel with no direction as to where we should be going. We paid a lot for this service to be dropped off in the middle of nowhere with children at that sort of time. Very disappointed. The driver there and back did not help with our luggage thank goodness I had men to help load on. Very disappointed with holiday taxi and will not be using your services again.”
