“I booked them to collect us from the airport and also for the return trip back to the airport. Our flight was delayed by at least an hour but there was no problem and as soon as we presented ourselves to the reception in the office in the airport our driver was there straight away waiting for us and was very pleasant. The driver turned up on time to collect us to bring us back to the airport and again was pleasant. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“My flight into Krakow was delayed. Nobody was waiting for me on arrival. I phoned the local number given and was told they could not wait as my flight was delayed. Promised to phone me back in 5 minutes to confirm new pick up. No call came so I phoned again and they were most unhelpful. They were suggesting half an hour for a new driver which I said was unacceptable. Eventually a guy did turn up and apologised saying the first taxi had been in an accident. He dropped me about 80m away from my hotel saying I'd find it easily. I called the UK to change my return taxi to a more secure pick up point. I held for an hour on the first attempt and got cut off after a short conversation when I explained my needs. I called again the next day at the time the company lines opened. After a 20 minute hold I got a helpful lady who did all she could to amend my booking and the return pick up worked fine but my earlier experience left me very unhappy as I paid to be met at the airport and this simply didn't happen in an acceptable way.”

“We bought and paid for your supposed professional services and received nothing but hassle. You didn?t provide the service we paid for. No show at airport/no show at hotel. Disgrace. Have emailed for full refund. 38 hours ago still no reply from your team”

“Journey from airport was booked as private but we ended up having to wait 20 minutes and then shared with another family. No explanation given despite me questioning the delay, then upon drop off 1/2 mile from hotel advised he would collect from same spot for return. As we were checking out from hotel a different taxi driver was at the hotel and parked outside. It could have been a big issue if we had left hotel earlier to walk to pick up advised from 1st driver Both journeys were good and cars in good condition.”

“Mini Bus waiting at airport, good journey to accommodation. Return journey, mini bus on time. Both journeys, no problems, good drivers and the transport was in excellent condition. staff friendly and helpful. Always use Holiday taxi's excellent service.”
