“I always have trouble when abroad being picked up it always ends up late and driver lost then i call the contact number and they dont speak English very good so they dont understand what i am trying to say gets frustrating”

“My taxi didn?t arrive for me at the airport when I arrived in Fuerteventura on Saturday 25/03/23 I was eventually given a voucher and told I could use it for any taxi. Unfortunately many taxis refused to take the voucher and insisted on cash only? meaning I had to keep queuing until someone finally accepted my voucher. Coming back on 05/04/23 the taxi from holiday taxis was very good and I would happily give him a 5 star review as I couldn?t fault his service.”

“I always use holiday taxis when myself and family have travelled aboard and they have never let us down yet. They are always there waiting on arrival and never late with are pick up time. I will continue to use holiday taxis !”

“Taxis were great. The service was on time but Nexus, your local partner refused to change pick up time even after I told them the flight was delayed. We had to wait 6 hours in the airport because the flight got further delayed. They could have been a bit more sympathetic to the situation and worked with us on pick up.”

“Due to long queues at Madrid airport to get through customs,it took us 2 hours from landing,when we got to the meeting point,no one was there ,we hung around for 20 minutes,but nothing,we couldn't phone as our phones weren't working,so we jumped into a taxis, the return journey,was A ok ,driver waiting in reception for us ,and promptly dispatched to the airport.”

“My name was on show as expected and we were taken to the minibus across the car park. Journey was good. Had to hunt around for the driver bit soon found him indoors as stated on the booking form.”

“The bus was on time and comfortable in both directions. Not quite sure how they can get 5 stars due to the fact that there are multiple resorts/hotels to pick up from, we marked down due to a 7.30 pick up for a 11.55 flight and arriving at the airport at 09.00. We were second pick up having been second drop off on arrival.”
