“I was waiting for the taxi for over an hour after my arrival time. I waited as per instructed on the sheet that it may take over an hour, and then proceeded to call the contact number on the instructions. I called this number and they took over half an hour to work out the original driver had broken down (but they didn't attempt to contact me). Subsequently another taxi was booked, this to be fair turned up within 10 minutes but the driver was noticeably annoyed with me. They showed me Whatsapps with my name but I explained this must be from the company, he wasn't best pleased with their communication but the messages were in the customers name so they thought it was me. This was a truly awful experience, with no concern or sincere apology offered, not even an offer of compensation. I would strongly recommend you not to use this company, they need to improve the process and communication between drivers. If they did break down, as they said they did, then why did they not tell me and rebook one for me without me having to wait 1 hour plus. I do not trust this compant.”

“Taxi driver, great conversation, pointed out a few things. Dropped us off right outside hotel result. Had a bit of trouble making the initial booking but that was my card getting suspicious of a transaction from Barcelona. Even though I explained that it was me was too late to fully book online with that card. Second card more luck would def use again.”

“On arrival we were told what bus stance to wait at which was fine but as time went by no one came to update us on when the bus would arrive. It wasn't until we had been waiting approximately one hour and people were getting angry and came to ask what was happening that you recognised there was a problem. Had you came to check that all buses had collected people would not get so angry. Please note that for future. The return journey was faultless with a very nice driver arriving in good time...”

“I have used holiday taxis twice now and each time it has been a very good. Taxi have been on time and drivers have been very helpful and polite. I have also contacted customer service helpline and they have also been very helpful. I will definitely use them again for future holidays and I would highly recommend. Thank you ??”

“Flight was delayed by 2 hours but holiday taxi was waiting at arrival, on the way flight was delayed by 1 hour called the company the day before to see uf they can pick us up 1 hour later but unable to do, not happy, the driver on the way back was nice but forgot his deodorant! Will use company again”

“I was waiting for a while on arrival for my driver (it was a shared shuttle). The prices were too expensive for a private transfer as I was an hour from the airport. On the return transfer, it was a strange vehicle, not a minibus. The driver opened the back door and there were two long seats for 3 people facing each other where your legs had to be entangled with the person opposite. Inappropriate and uncomfortable. I am a Spanish speaker and so I spoke to the driver about it and asked to sit in front as I was absolutely not comfortable with this seating arrangement. It was horrible.”

“Ordered a private vehicle for arrival and departure and ended up with what looked like a school bus. Very disappointing especially after having specified private vehicle and paying so much money. Never have this issue in Spain, only seems to be in Tenerife.”
