“Local agent not of the standard expected of Holiday Taxies. Two calls to alter by 45-mins our return pick-up time were not returned despite promises. Eventually, when we managed to change the time, the driver on the day called our hotel to change it back again as he had to accommodate an incoming flight. All in all, a poor show with the local contractor.”

“We booked a return-transfer from Corfu airport to Sidari. Instructions were crystal clear and drivers were friendly, on time and good drivers. Couldn't ask for better service, seeing as how the price was quite favorable as well. Sure, if we had booked a one-way transfer and then a one-way back on site in Sidari we could've probably saved maybe 10 euros, but why bother. Got everything we needed from one site/spot. Thanks!”

“Very competent and polite drivers. Cars very clean. Had a little bit of trouble finding the driver at Faro airport, as did not realise that we had to look for Polotur agent who had our name on her board. Once located though the service was excellent. Driver on time for return trip. Thank you.”

“Booking the transfer was extremely easy and the communication prior to the transfer was great and easy to understand. On arrival it was easy to find the driver and transfer was exactly as described. On departure we asked for a change of time the day before and this was easily sorted for us. The driver arrived promptly again and it was all very straight forward.”

“Il fornitore in loco Mts Globe Cyprus all'andata ha sbagliato indirizzo dell'hotel e ho dovuto insistere per fargli capire che la struttura non fosse quella giusta. Al ritorno ci ha fatto attendere mezz'ora, cos? ho provato a telefonare e la telefonata di 10 secondi mi ? costata oltre 4 euro.”

“Avoid, avoid. If I could give NO stars I would. We were let down on both sides- the collection from airport to hotel and also the collection from hotel back to airport. We ended up having to get and pay for taxis ourselves even though we had paid this crowd already for services we did not receive. Not worth it!”

“Absolutely brilliant service. Easy to locate at Izmir Airport. Was taken to my hotel in a very comfy Merc 7 seater with leather seats. The pick up bus was a mini van and was on time. Will definitely be booking for my next holiday. The price was the cheapest too.”
