I’m unaware of the conversation you had with our staff. We do re-stock a few times a week, but not all items are available for us to re-stock, for various reasons. I would hope that our staff member advised on what to purchase based on fit and safety as that’s our main focus when selling helmets. They may have also just pointed out the closest alternative to what you were looking at.
