“For 55 years I and my husband always owned freehold houses. Now with my husband sadly passed away I'm about to downsize to a flat. It's leasehold with one share of freehold each between the 13 flats. This is all totally new and quite bewildering not too mention quite daunting , your website has helped me on the path to understanding at least some of what's ahead of me and I've no doubt I will return in the future.”

“I found reading the information here was a reassurance when moving house ourselves. Some items I thought I knew but to have them explained and reaffirmed was a great help.
