I think you must have landed on this page - https://hoa.org.uk/2023/02/grand-designs-live-free-tickets/. If you scroll to the bottom of the article there is the heading - How to claim your free tickets. There you can find the code you need to use and the link to the booking page. “Checking on regulations with woodburners and requirements to burn dry wood. I dry mine by the woodburner and it is kiln dried anyway. I like the woodburner but want to be responsible to the environment and some studies have been rating woodburners as highly polluting.”
